Cross Training

Having been an elite athlete from the age of 13, I was introduced to an Olympic style gym at the Western Australian Institute of Sport. Once retiring from elite sport I felt it was only a natural progression for me to become a personal trainer and accredited Crossfit Level 1 trainer so that I could pass on my knowledge and help others achieve their goals and aspirations.

Crossfit is a core strength and conditioning program that places an emphasis on functional movements. The aim of Crossfit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness regime. It’s defined as being constantly varied, functional movements at relatively high intensity. It incorporates Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and monostructural movements preparing people for not only the unknown, but also the unknowable.

All levels of fitness are welcome.
