Teneriffe Yoga is situated in a large warehouse space in Teneriffe. We fuse dj-inspired deep beats to revitalise and energise. This space is shared with my partner Dr Howard Cameron – (Teneriffe-chiro.com), an amazing chiropractor who has worked with mums, dads, kids, fitness enthusiast and elite athletes for over a decade. Together we have developed the area into a funky and modern wellbeing centre.

We have two fully qualified teachers at Teneriffe Yoga.
I teach Hatha-Vinyasa yoga, which is a dynamic and creative sequence integrating traditional postures with the breath and meditation. Classes are designed to promote flexibility, balance, strength in the physical body and stillness in the mind leading to health and vitality.
Tracee Annetts teaches a Hatha – Vinyasa class, which is strong and flowing. It has been described as a wonderful experience as she guides you through each transition with ease and fluidity. Tracee encourages students to feel each posture allowing time to develop their strength and find stillness within their practice.
